Refund Policy

We are at keen to serve our customers with best quality of products from our wide range of shops and deliver the best quality of service. As you know due to the sensitivity of the food (sweet, chocolate, cake, candy) and flowers, the following topic incorporates all the conditions for a refund, returns and rewards.

If the order is not specially prepared and not shipped, the refund is applicable 100%.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

An item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been received by the receiver. If the flowers are not fresh or any other valid complain then we will exchange the item.


Damaged Product

In case the customer received the damaged products, the damaged product/s will be replaced with a valid and suitable products from the seller only once, and delivered to the customer..



If in any case, a delivery is missed to deliver as per the date & time requested by the client, the client holds the right to cancel or refund the order from the late seller in case of multi seller's order. Or the order shall be delivered the next day with reward points/or complimentary order on behalf of the sender
